Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

1. All shipping will be via UPS unless previously arranged with the sales staff.

2. Please contact us directly if you would like to pick up your SecureNet from our warehouse, located in El Dorado Hills, CA., (916) 939-7540.

Returns:

1. SecureNet provides an unconditional warranty on material defects or manufacture defects.

2. SecureNet provides a 30 day return of product (a 10% re stocking fee will apply).

3. After each High-Wind application, the customer is responsible to inspect the SecureNet and if needed, repair any damaged areas.
